II. Application for Registration
Please click on "Agent Registration" to submit your application online and fill in the data. Filipino International Association evaluates the application information of the Audit Alliance. Within 3 days, the Commissioner will contact you and provide your registration account number, password and promotion connection.

III. Feedback/commission calculation

Note:

1. For real person, sport, probability and other items, after deducting the corresponding fees, according to the percentage of commission in Menkan X of the table above, the fields in the report form are "Paid Lottery".
The lottery items are in the field of the statement [actual betting], and the percentage of commission is X 0% after deducting the corresponding fees.
2. In the monthly alliance system, the total amount of commission rebates will be generated after deducting the corresponding fees from the real person, sports, probability, lottery and other items [lottery/betting amount/total common point amount], multiplied by the corresponding percentage of commission rebates.
3. Relevant fees include: members'preferential treatment, deposit/withdrawal fees (please note: Filipino International members' duplicate payment fee/less than 100% of the commission fees are absorbed by members, not included in the calculation).
4. [The lowest effective member of the month] is defined as a member who has made at least one valid bet in the monthly closing interval. If the federation system does not reach the lowest effective member of the month, the federation system will not be able to receive a commission return in that month. If the profit of the federation system reaches the standard in that month, and the number of the lowest effective member of the month does not reach the corresponding lowest threshold, the commission ratio in that month. The Commission will be refunded according to the corresponding percentage of the number of valid members in the month.
5, example:
The monthly profit of the system is 200001, while the number of effective members is 5. Although the alliance has reached 200001, it has not reached more than 10 effective members. Therefore, it is calculated according to the rate of commission refund of the five effective members of the alliance.

Example:
The minimum effective membership of the alliance system is 12 in the current month, and the monthly lottery allocation is: real person 300,000, sports 120,000, probability 20,000, effective lottery betting 80,000. If the corresponding cost of the alliance system is 14,000 in the current month, the commission calculation pipeline is as follows:
Monthly Commission calculation: (total lottery amount 200,000, commission rebate percentage is 30%) (200,000 lottery 14,000 corresponding fees) x 30% = 55800 Commission 55800 commission + 800,000 lottery betting x 0% rebate percentage 55800 total commission amount
* If the Commission is negative this month, it will continue to accumulate until next month until the Commission is positive and higher than 500.
Feedback/commission payment

Alliance Commission calculation, the settlement interval is from the first Monday of this month to the Sunday before the first Monday of next month. Members'profits will be calculated by the dividend formula of the alliance scheme. The Commission will be remitted directly to the bank account registered by the agent alliance within five working days after the contractor's customer service confirms the amount with the agent before the 15th of each month.

Matters needing attention
1. Customers who have opened accounts cannot become recommended customers.
2. Partners themselves cannot be offline.
3. One person can only open one partner account.
4. If Commission fraud occurs, the principal will be deducted and the partner's account closed.
5. The name of the partner account cannot be changed. Please apply for the partner account with the real name.
6. Members of the same IP/name/account can only be offline by a partner.

I.Fitch International's Rights and Obligations to Agent Alliance

Fitch International's customer service department registers members of the alliance and observes their betting status. The Federation and its members must agree to and abide by FICA's membership regulations, policies and procedures. FICA reserves the right to reject or freeze alliance/member accounts
Agent Alliance can log in at any time to observe the subscription status of its members and the general situation of their activities on the website. Philippine International's Customer Service Department calculates the commission based on the members of the Agent Alliance.
Filipino International reserves the right to amend any regulations in the contract, including the existing scope of commission, Commission plan, payment procedures, and reference plan regulations. Filipino International will notify the agent alliance by e-mail, website announcement, etc. The agent alliance has objections to the amendments made. The agent alliance may choose to terminate the contract or consult the customer service personnel to express their opinions. If there is no objection to the amendment, the agent alliance shall be regarded as the modification of the preset contract, and the agent alliance shall abide by the relevant provisions after the amendment.

II. Power and Obligation of Agent Alliance to Philippine International

The agent alliance should do its best to publicize, sell and promote Philippine International extensively so as to maximize the profit of the agent itself and Philippine International. The agent alliance may publicize, sell and promote FICA in a positive image without violating the law, and has the duty to inform all its members of the relevant preferential conditions and products of FICA.
If the agent alliance chooses Filipino International Promotion Method to pay, the agent shall bear the cost.
Any relevant information of Philippine International includes logo, report forms, game pictures, patterns, copywriting, etc. The agency alliance shall not copy, publish or distribute relevant materials privately. Philippine International reserves the right of legal prosecution. If the agent is in need of business promotion, please feel free to contact Philippine International.
 

III.Rule clauses

Agent alliances at all levels may not open double/multiple agent accounts without FICA's permission, nor can they earn commissions from FICA's international accounts or related persons. Please bear in mind that agents of any class can not make bets with their own accounts. FICA has the right to terminate and seal up accounts and all commissions earned in the game.
To ensure the privacy and rights of all FICA member accounts, FICA will not provide any member passwords or personal data. Acting alliances at all levels are not allowed to obtain membership information in any way, or to log into the lower member account arbitrarily. If it is found that acting alliances have infringed on the privacy of Filipino International members, Filipino International has the right to cancel the dividend of acting alliance and cancel the account number of acting alliance.
Members of the Acting Alliance may not open more than one account. FICA has the right to require members to provide valid identity certificates to verify their identity, and retains the right to decide whether to duplicate members by IP. In case of violation of the above, FICA has the right to terminate the gamer's gameplay and seal up the account number and all commissions earned in the game.
If the members of the Acting Alliance engage in illegal betting by individuals or groups, or find out threatening or abusing the Acting Alliance's international preferences, the Acting Alliance will not allocate the corresponding commission to the Acting Alliance. If the credit cards and bank information for the deposits of the members of the Agent Alliance are subject to review, FICA will retain the relevant commission until the audit is completed.
The terms of the contract will be implemented after the acceptance of the Agent Alliance by FICA International Notice. Filipino International and Agent Alliance may terminate this contract at any time. In any case, if the Agent Alliance wants to terminate the contract, it must notify Filipino International in writing/e-mail in advance of seven days. The performance of the agent alliance will be reviewed once every three months. If the agent alliance is no longer an existing partner, the contract may be terminated at any time. If the partner violates the contract regulations, FICA has the right to terminate the contract immediately.
Without FICA's permission, the agent alliance can not disclose and authorize FICA's confidential information, including feedback, Commission statements, calculation, etc. The agent alliance is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of confidential files and information after the termination of the contract.
After the termination of the contract, the acting alliance and Philippine International will not have to fulfil their rights and obligations. Termination of the contract does not relieve the agency alliance of its obligations before termination of the contract.
